HOW CAN WE HELP

What We do?

We develop various, performance suspension systems for Japanese and European vehicles. The advanced suspension technology allows to meet customer requirements starting from street cars, ending up with race performance cars. Research and development in real conditions and track facilities allows us to optimize and deliver well-tuned, reliable, rebuildable suspension setups.

Thunder Lane coilovers are built according to customer requirements depending what you are looking for. Our knowledge and experience help you to choose proper valving and design to deliver perfect suspension

Wide variety of options among our applications allow to choose different valve options ( linear, digressive), various top hats, spring rates, longer shock strokes, additional adjustable reservoirs.

SERVICES & REPAIRS

Consultation

Process includes performance inspection of the dampers to recouped initial tolerances. Shocks will be dyno-tested to meet original requirements to provide repeatability and quality.

Tuning parts

Service includes repairs and worn out parts replacements if it is necessary. Revalving during inspection is available as well.

Repairs

Our general recommendation for service intervals:

Street: Rebuild every 40.000 km

Dual Duty (Street & Track): Rebuild every 15.000-25.000 km

Track Use: Rebuild every Season

FAQ

What is a full custom kit?

When spring rates are changed shock revalving process is required to match damping forces. We are able to build shorter or longer shocks with extra stroke.

How much higher can I go in spring rate without revalving?

You can go up or down 2kg in spring rate. Exceeding 2kg requires damper revalving.

Coilover kit for your car is not available. Are you willing to build one for my car ?

If we do not have in offer a coilover kit for your vehicle and you are still interested in a coilover suspension. You can directly contact us to discuss all the project details.

How long does it take to build a custom kit?

It depends on design complexity. Usually it takes from 3-4 weeks
